Borgiel and Biederman Earn All-USCHO Honors
HAMILTON – Two Colgate women's hockey players earned additional postseason honors, as juniors Elyssa Biederman and Casey Borgiel both landed spots on the All-USCHO Third Team. The pair are just two of eight ECAC players enlisted with the accolades.
Biederman, already named to the All-ECAC Second Team, posted career highs in points (51) and goals (19). She led the ECAC in points and assists (32), and was tied for fourth in the ECAC in goals. The forward finished the season ranked 11th in the country in points-per-game, averaging 1.31 across the 2024-25 season. Additionally, she was named ECAC Forward of the Month twice.
Borgiel finished her first season with the Raiders leading the Colgate defenders in points with 29 (3g-26a). Borgiel ranked second on the team in blocks with 61. She also finished the season second among ECAC defenders in assists, while recording career highs in goals, assists, points, and plus/minus.
