Golf in Position for Final Fall Push


LEWISBURG, Pa. –
Colgate Golf is three shots off the lead going into the final round of the fall season. 

The Raiders teed off Monday morning with a one-shot lead over St. Johns, and now they trail the Red Storm and Youngstown State by just three strokes after finishing the second round with a 295 team score. St. John's and Youngstown State both carded 291s to tie for the lead with one final round on Tuesday. Colgate holds a one-shot lead over Holy Cross for third place. 

Alex Hill recorded Colgate's best card of the day at 1-over 71 and he is tied for ninth overall at 1-over 141 for the tournament. Robbie Herzig and Justin Fedele finished 5-over on Monday and are tied for 26th along with teammate Jayden Freedman at 5-over 146.

Brayden Dock is tied for 59th (+10) followed by Wyatt Petersen in 77th place (+13). 

UP NEXT
Colgate is right in the mix and will look to defend its title at the Bucknell Invitational when final-round action tees off at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning from Bucknell Golf Club.
