HAMILTON – Colgate Athletics has announced upcoming schedules for 13 teams, including six fall teams, two winter teams, and five spring seasons with fall competitions. 

Schedule highlights and championship dates for volleyball, men's and women's soccer, field hockey, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's swimming and diving, men's golf, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's rowing are listed below. Additional winter and spring schedules will be announced in the coming weeks as they become available.

• The four-time defending Patriot League champions open their season with three games in Colorado, facing Colorado State, Northern Colorado, and Washington Aug. 29-31. After three games in two days (Sept. 5-6) in Storrs, Conn., the Raiders return for a home-and-home against Syracuse Sept. 12 and 13.
• Colgate will unveil its championship banners prior to the 2025 home opener against the Orange at Cotterell Court on Sept. 12. 
• Patriot League play begins with a matchup at American on Sept. 19. The 18-match Patriot League format features its standard home-and-home series with each opponent. Colgate's first home conference match takes place Sept. 26 and 27 against Lafayette and Bucknell.
• The Raiders welcome Army for a Patriot League championship rematch on Oct. 4.

• Colgate opens the 2025 campaign on the road for its first two games against Stonehill (8/21) and New Hampshire (8/24) before returning to Hamilton for a two-game homestand matching up with Fordham (8/30) and Binghamton (9/4).
• After a trip to Connecticut to take on UConn (9/7), the Raiders will open their Patriot League account with a trip to American on Sept. 13. A Patriot League Championship rematch awaits Colgate on Sept. 20 as the maroon and white welcome Bucknell to Beyer-Small '76 Field before hosting Syracuse on Sept. 23.
• The Raiders will play just three home contests in their final eight games as they play host to Navy (10/4), Loyola (10/18), and Lehigh (10/31).
• Colgate will travel to Lafayette (9/27) and Boston University (10/10) before its final non-conference game of the season on the road against Cornell on Oct. 14. The Raiders will close their regular season with a trip to West Point on Nov. 11.

• Colgate kicks off its 2025 season with two home games against Buffalo (8/17) and Marist (8/21) before a short trip to Ithaca N.Y. to face off against Cornell on Aug. 24. The Raiders return to Hamilton to host George Washington on Aug. 28 and Stony Brook on Aug. 31 at Beyer-Small '76 Field.
• Colgate will then play five consecutive away games as they will take on Boston College (9/4), Binghamton (9/7), Dartmouth (9/11), and Le Moyne (9/14), before concluding the road trip by opening up Patriot League play at Lafayette (9/20).
• Four of Colgate's nine conference games will take place at Beyer-Small '76 Field with the first on Sept. 26 against Navy. The Raiders play host to Holy Cross on Oct. 1 before a road game against Army on Oct. 4.
• The maroon and white will host their alumni game against American on Oct. 11 and senior day will take place on Oct. 25 against Bucknell before closing out the regular season with a trip to Boston University on Oct. 29.

Field Hockey | 2025 Schedule

• Eleven of Colgate's 17 regular season games are scheduled to be played at Tyler's Field, starting with the first two against Rider (Aug. 29) and Lock Haven (Aug. 31). Colgate will also host Central Michigan and Long Island University Sept. 12 and 14 before Patriot League play begins at Bucknell on Sept. 19.
• In a stretch of 6-of-7 games played at home, the Raiders host Mercyhurst (Sept. 21), American (Sept. 27), and Yale (Sept. 28). 
• Colgate's Patriot League slate includes six games during the regular season, including American, Lehigh, and Boston University all being played at Tyler's Field. The Raiders will close out the regular campaign with back-to-back home games against Dartmouth (Oct. 26) and Boston University (Nov. 1).

• Colgate will host its annual Harry Lang Invitational to kick off the 2025 cross country season on Aug. 30. The Raiders will compete in a total of four meets including a trip to State College, Pa. for the Penn State Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational on Sept. 12.
• Colgate will head to Rochester, N.Y. for the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Sept. 20 before the Lehigh Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 3.

Wednesday-Saturday, Feb. 18-21 | Patriot League Championship

• Colgate opens the season with its annual home invitational, hosting UMass, Le Moyne, and Saint Francis Oct. 10-11 at Lineberry Natatorium. The Raiders then hit the road for Patriot League foes Lehigh and Lafayette (Oct. 24-25) before facing Le Moyne on the road for non-conference dual action on Nov. 7.
• Colgate's final home meet before the new year will be Nov. 8 when the Raiders welcome Marist for more non-league competition. 
• Colgate opens the 2026 portion of the schedule with back-to-back home meets against Boston University and Fairfield (Jan. 10) and Holy Cross (Jan. 17). The Raiders will close out the regular season on the road, traveling to St. Bonaventure (Jan. 24) and Boston for the BU Winter Invite (Feb. 6-7).
• The four-day Patriot League championship, hosted by Navy in Annapolis, Md., commences Feb. 18 and runs through Feb. 21. 

Golf | 2025-26 Schedule

• Colgate will compete in five fall tournaments, starting with the annual Alex Lagowitz Memorial Sept. 6-7 at Seven Oaks Golf Club.
• The Raiders hit the road for a two-day tournament at Navy (Sept. 20-21) before returning to Lake Placid for the Autumn Invitational hosted by Columbia (Sept. 27-28). Staying in New York State, the Raiders head to Binghamton for a two-day tournament hosted by the Bearcats on Sept. 5 and 6.
• The fall portion of the schedule closes out Oct. 12-14 for the 54-hole Bucknell Invitational hosted by the Bison.

• The men's tennis team will compete in three invitationals before the Patriot League fall tournament caps off the fall season Oct. 24-26.
• The Raiders kick off their fall with the Binghamton Invite Sept. 12-14. The ITA Tournament follows Oct. 9-12 in New Haven, Conn., before Colgate returns home to host Niagara, Le Moyne, and Siena Oct. 18-19.

Men's Rowing | 2025-26 Schedule

• Colgate has four fall races on the 2025-26 schedule, opening Oct. 11 with the Navy Regatta.
• The Head of the Charles follows on Oct. 18-19 in Boston, Mass., before Colgate heads to Philadelphia for the Head of the Schuylkill on Oct. 25.
• Closing out the fall schedule, the men's rowing team will head to New Jersey for the Princeton Chase on Nov. 2. 

Women's Rowing | 2025-26 Schedule

• The women's rowing team will compete in four races during the fall semester, starting Sept. 27 when the Raiders visit Syracuse for a morning race.
• Colgate then hosts Hamilton College on Lake Moraine Oct. 11 before heading to Boston for the Head of the Charles Oct. 18-19.
• The Raiders close out the fall season with the Head of Fish on Oct. 25 in Saratoga Springs.
