COACH ADEDUNTAN'S COMMENTS

"Really disappointed in the way we started the game. We talk a lot about our readiness, I felt like we were prepared but there's a difference between saying you're ready and prepared and actually showing it. Across the board there in the first half was not us in any kind of form, both defensively and offensively. It was great that we were able to find opportunities there in the second half, but you have to be able to put it together for 40 minutes of play. This is a very talented Georgetown team and we schedule these games on purpose, to continue to grow and challenge ourselves defensively and offensively.

If we can find ways to play the way we want to play and at the end of the day play Colgate basketball. We want to be a team that is connected defensively, we want to be a team that finishes plays, and we want to be a team that plays for each other offensively and we needed to get to that for 40 minutes. But, we missed that opportunity today. Overall, I'm proud of our growth we've made already this season but there's still a ways to go to reach our full potential. This is just a blip where we will say 'hey let's turn the page' but we will only turn the page by getting better from this."
