HAMILTON – After helping the Colgate women's rowing team to a sixth-place finish in the Patriot League championships over the weekend, Marie Clausen and Natalie McCall represented the Raiders on All-Patriot League teams, announced Tuesday afternoon.

Clausen became Colgate's first All-Patriot League First Team selection since 2021 (Ed Dukesherer), while Natalie McCall garnered All-Patriot League Second Team honors for the first time in her collegiate career.

Clausen and McCall helped the Raiders' varsity eight to the Grand Final for the second time in three years. Colgate's 1V8+ took fifth place overall, closing out the spring season with a time of 6:56.647.

Colgate made a strong surge on the final 250 meters, crossing the line just over a second after Bucknell for fourth and four seconds behind Georgetown for a bronze finish.

The Raiders closed out a strong spring campaign that saw the Varsity Eight secure two Patriot League Boat of the Week honors, the first two in program history. Colgate secured a first-place finish at High Point, beating boats from High Point and Marist. The 1V8+ also took gold at the New York State Championships in Saratoga, besting opponents from Syracuse, Bates, Ithaca, Marist, and William and Smith.
