Box Score SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior captain Addie Eklund won 6-0, 6-3 on singles court three while first-year Rebecca Hess contributed an 8-3 victory on line six, but it was not enough as Colgate fell to Marist, 5-2, on Saturday afternoon inside Drumlins Country Club.

The Raiders dropped the doubles point with losses on all three courts and fell behind by two after falling in third singles. 

 Eklund halved the visitor's lead in her first match of the season on line four singles, but Marist would rattle off four unanswered points to clinch the match before Hess claimed victory on court six. 

The Raiders return to action on Sunday at 10 a.m. to face Dartmouth in Hanover, N.H.
