Colgate Takes Two Boats to the West Coast to Face the Broncos
LOS GATOS, Calif. — Colgate men's rowing took two boats cross-country to face Santa Clara at the Lexington Reservoir for the Santa Clara Duals.
Colgate's varsity eight fell to Santa Clara, clocking in at 6:05.1, seven seconds behind the Broncos' time of 5:57.3. The crew beat out Santa Clara's 2V8 by a second and 3V8 by nine.
The Raiders' varsity four was also bested by Santa Clara's crew, crossing the finish three seconds after with a final time of 6:53.3.
UP NEXT
Next weekend, Colgate travels to New Rochelle, N.Y. for the Metropolitan Spring Championships.
