Colgate Basketball Unveils Non-League Schedule
HAMILTON, N.Y. — The 2025–2026 non-conference schedules for Colgate's men's and women's basketball teams have been released. The men's program will compete against 13 non-conference opponents as the women will take on 11. The women's team has five home matches, while the men's team will host four.
Men's Basketball
SCHEDULE
The Raiders will open their 2025–26 season on the road against Michigan State (11/3). Colgate will then return home for a two-game stretch against Northeastern (11/7) and Drexel (11/11), before hitting the road again to face Big Ten opponent Illinois (11/14).
Still on the road, the Raiders will face neighboring universities Siena (11/17) and Cornell (11/20). During Thanksgiving Break, Colgate will travel to Montreal, Canada, to compete in the MTE Tournament against three opponents yet to be determined.
After nearly a month away, the Raiders return home to Cotterell Court to host St. John Fisher (12/6). This will be followed by an away game at Saint Bonaventure (12/10) and a trip to Gainsville, Fla., to face the reigning national champions, the University of Florida (12/21). Colgate will close out their non-conference schedule in Hamilton against Harvard before starting Patriot League play in January.
Women's Basketball
SCHEDULE
The women's basketball team will open its 2025–26 season in Latham, N.Y., at Siena (11/4). Following a short travel, the Raiders will host back-to-back home games against Ithaca (11/7) and University of New Hampshire (11/10).
Colgate will embark on a four-game road stretch, starting with Cornell (11/18), Quinnipiac (11/23), and ending with the UC Irvine Tournament (11/28-29) in Irvine, Calif., during Thanksgiving Break.
Back in Hamilton, the Raiders will host Delaware (12/5) and Albany (12/8), then close out non-conference play at Syracuse (12/10) and Binghamton (12/20) before beginning Patriot League play.
