Colgate Football Hosts Lift for Life Initiative
HAMILTON – The Colgate Football Chapter of Uplifting Athletes is excited to announce the return of its annual Lift for Life, which will take place on July 22. This impactful event is part of a nationwide initiative to raise awareness and funds for the rare disease community. It continues to be a cornerstone of the team's efforts to use their platform for positive change.
The Colgate Football Chapter has been a proud part of the Uplifting Athletes network since 2010. Zach Osborne and Joe Kelly are excited to return and host the first Lift for Life since 2022. Lift for Life is the chapter's signature awareness and fundraising event, empowering student-athletes to harness the power of sport to make a difference.
"Uplifting Athletes empowers student-athletes to make a difference for the rare disease community through their platform," said Uplifting Athletes Chapter Success Manager Andrea Pierson. "We are proud to work with these chapter leaders and excited to continue to see the impact they create through their leadership and passion to serve."
For the 2025 Lift for Life event, the Raiders Football chapter has set a fundraising goal of $10,000 and they are calling on fans, family, friends, and the entire Raiders community to support the cause. Every donation will go to support the mission of Uplifting Athletes.
