Beebe Joins Raiders Coaching Staff

HAMILTON – Colgate cross country and track & field has strengthened its coaching staff adding Tanner Beebe. Beebe will work as the Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field coach starting this fall.

HAMILTON – Colgate cross country and track & field has strengthened its coaching staff adding Tanner Beebe. Beebe will work as the Assistant Cross Country and Track and Field coach starting this fall. 

Beebe joins Colgate after serving as a distance coach at the Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois helping six athletes to ten Personal Records in twelve weeks.

Before Roosevelt University, Beebe spent two years at Jones College Prep, leading as Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach. He started his coaching career with a four year stint at Germantown Friends School and Godwin Heights High School serving as the Assistant Track and Field/Cross Country Coach. 

Beebe has led three individuals and a relay team to IHSA 3A State Track Championship Qualifiers and led the Jones College Prep Women's Cross Country team to its first ever IHSA 3A State Championship berth.

Beebe studied at Kuyper College where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Pre-Seminary Studies. He also Assisted establishing the Kuyper Cross Country team as a new athletic program.

I have known the coach since my time in Philadelphia and have witnessed how hard he works for his student-athletes and the passion he has shown for development both on and off the track.
