"At Colgate women's hockey, our environment is built on a foundation of player development where athletes are empowered to do their best work and reach their full potential," Colgate Head Women's Hockey Coach Stefan Decosse said. "Seeing eight of our alumnae on PWHL opening night rosters is a testament to the commitment they made to their growth and the culture of excellence within our program. At Colgate, we strive to create a culture where athletes can grow, excel, and prepare for opportunities at the highest levels.
