Colgate's Season Ends in Quarterfinals
WORCESTER, Mass - Kyra Lucey became the all-time leader in career assists in Colgate women's lacrosse history, however Colgate fell short in the Patriot League Tournament losing 14-9 on Sunday afternoon in Worcester, Massachusetts.
COACH TAYLOR'S COMMENTS
"Always tough to have a season come to an end, especially one where players really enjoy competing together. This team fought hard today against a seasoned and talented Holy Cross team. We battled back to within a goal in the third quarter but they pulled away in the fourth on some great off ball cuts. The future looks very bright for this young team that has grown up a lot this year and seems hungry to be a top team in the Patriot League."
