HAMILTON – Colgate University placed 160 student-athletes on the 2024-25 Patriot League Fall Academic Honor Roll, announced by the League office on Wednesday.

To be eligible for the Fall Academic Honor Roll a student-athlete must earn a 3.20-grade point average (GPA) in the fall semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's seven fall championship sports. Those seven sports include men's and women's cross country, field hockey, football, men's and women's soccer, and volleyball.

Colgate men's cross country landed a league-best and institution-high 30 fall honor roll selections. The Raiders additionally saw 20 women's cross country, 19 field hockey, 43 football, 16 men's soccer, 18 women's soccer, and 14 volleyball student-athletes earn honor roll distinction. Colgate's 160 fall total is up from last year's 147 recipients.
 
The Patriot League Fall Academic Honor Roll is comprised of 700 men across three sports and 636 women recognized in four sports. Football led the way with 372 academic honorees, an improvement of 46 student-athletes from last fall. Women's soccer finished with 197 academic honor roll members, while men's soccer placed 177 student-athletes on the honor roll, 16 more than in 2023.Men's Cross Country (30)
