Description

Do you have a ripped sweater, a broken bike, or a bent bracelet? Repair it; don’t trash it! Repair cafes aims to reduce waste by teaching people how to fix broken items to encourage reuse. Volunteers from our area will bring their tools and expertise to not only fix, but teach you how to fix items yourself. With designated topic for repair, such as bikes, sewing/crafts, and electronics, this event welcomes everyone to learn valuable repair skills and teach others. Through this initiative, we hope to promote reuse while building community, as people may need to work together to fix their items.
