Martin Luther King Jr. Day should be a day on, not a day off. Our goal is to bring people of various ages and backgrounds together to move our local community and nation closer to the “beloved community” that King envisioned.In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Max A. Shacknai Center for Outreach, Volunteerism, and Education (COVE) is sponsoring a campus-wide Afternoon of Service on Saturday, Jan 25. We will travel to Utica for service with Cornerstone Church and Hope Chapel.
