Join us on Saturday, Dec. 14 as we celebrate Hamilton for the Holidays: Visit with Santa! There will be a variety of activities for all ages at different times and locations throughout the village. Come to just one, or come to them all! Admission to the day’s programs and activities are free.Schedule of Events10 a.m. — Hamilton Public Library (13 Broad Street, Hamilton, NY)We will kick off the festive celebration with a special holiday story time at the Hamilton Public Library. Open to children of all ages.11 a.m. – 12 p.m. — Colgate Bookstore (3 Utica Street, Hamilton, NY)Stop in at the Colgate Bookstore for a live sing-a-long with Jenni Larchar of Jenni’s Music Studio! Children of all ages are welcome to sing and dance along. Then at 12 p.m., here comes Santa Claus! Kids can meet Santa and have their picture taken with him.1 p.m. — Hamilton Movie Theater (7 Lebanon Street, Hamilton, NY)Next, it’s time for lunch and a movie! Enjoy free pizza from Oliveri’s Pizzeria while watching a showing of "The Grinch" (2018, PG, 90 minutes), sponsored by the Colgate Bookstore.

As a culmination of their work in the major, senior studio art concentrators complete a semester-long project, creating a body of work based on a concept that is explored in a range of media. This year's studio art exhibition, "Reverberations", features the work of seniors Elizabeth Armstrong, Sophia Cucinotta, Liv Dorian, Aleza Falk, Leia Francis, Caralyn Schmidlein, and Lauren Stewart.Art history concentrators complete and exhibit a rigorous capstone thesis. This year's exhibiting art historians are: Haley Bloch, Grace Helm, Maggie Manzella, Katharine Monahan, Abby Shadwick, Aleksia Taçi, Wendy Wu, and Jacky Zhang.Opening reception: 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11*Please note: Weekend hours are dependent on the availability of student monitors. If driving a distance, please contact the department (315-228-7633) during regular working hours to ensure the gallery will be open. The gallery is not open during university breaks and holidays.
