Colgate Men’s, Women’s Basketball Release 2024-25 Schedules
HAMILTON – Colgate Men's and Women's Basketball have announced their full 2024-25 schedule release, which features 28 combined home games at Cotterell Court.
The first basketball action at Cotterell Court begins when the women's basketball team opens its season against UMass Lowell on Monday, Nov. 4. One day later, men's basketball will unveil its championship banners in its home opener against SUNY Canton on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
The two programs combine for 10 home games at Cotterell Court before Patriot League play begins in early January. The men's team's 13-game non-league schedule includes four matchups at Cotterell Court, including back-to-back home games against Vermont and Iona in December. The women's team will also play 13 non-league games, including six matchups at Cotterell Court with the Colgate Thanksgiving tournament.
Men's Basketball 2024-25 Schedule
Colgate opens its Patriot League title defense at home against Army on Jan. 2, as the first of nine home conference contests. The Raiders hit the road to face Bucknell on Jan. 5, before returning home to host Lehigh in a Patriot League championship rematch on Jan. 8.
The Patriot League regular season schedule once again features a home-and-home format with Colgate facing each team twice – once at home and once on the road. The Raiders will play nine games in January, eight games in February, and one in March before postseason.
The Patriot League tournament dates are set, with first-round action commencing on March 4. The quarterfinal matchups are scheduled for March 6, followed by the semifinals on March 9 and the 2024-25 championship game on March 12.
Women's Basketball 2024-25 Schedule
The Raiders begin their 2024-25 Patriot League campaign on the road against Army on Jan. 2. Colgate will host Bucknell in its Patriot League home opener on Jan. 5, before a Patriot League semi final rematch against Boston University on Jan. 11.
The Patriot League regular season once again presents a home-and-home format with Colgate facing each team twice - once at home and once on the road. The Raiders will play nine games in January, seven games in February, and two games in March before postseason play.
The Patriot League tournament dates are set, with first-round action beginning on March 8. The quarterfinal matchups are scheduled for March 10, followed by the semifinals on March 13 and the 2024-25 championship game on March 16.
Season Tickets on Sale
2024-25 Colgate Basketball season tickets are available in both reserved chair back seating and general admission. Reserved season tickets are $100 for adults and $80 for seniors and children. General admission season tickets are $80 for adults and $60 for seniors and children. Courtside tickets are also available for $150.
The combined ticket package includes men's and women's games, priced at $150 for reserved and $125 for general admission.
Fans can purchase tickets through the Colgate Athletics ticket website or by calling the ticket office between 1 and 4 p.m. on Tuesdays or between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Thursdays. Stay tuned to Colgateathletics.com for information on single-game tickets in the coming weeks.
