Coach Guido Adds Perroni to Coaching Staff

HAMILTON - Colgate's new head women's lacrosse coach, Alyssa Guido, welcomes her first assistant coach to the program with the introduction of Nicole Perroni. Perroni will begin this fall as the team prepares for the upcoming season in the spring.

HAMILTON - Colgate's new head women's lacrosse coach, Alyssa Guido, welcomes her first assistant coach to the program with the introduction of Nicole Perroni. Perroni will begin this fall as the team prepares for the upcoming season in the spring.

Perroni joins the Raiders after a successful collegiate career at Louisville. Perroni amassed 142 goals and 168 points in 71 games with the Cardinals and served as team captain her final two years. The Whitby, Ontario native also garnered incredible honors in 2024 including All-ACC First Team, IWLCA Second Team All-American, and All-Region First Team. 

Perroni competed with Team Canada in the 2019 U19 World Cup earning a silver medal. In 2022, Perroni earned a gold medal with Team Canada at the World Games before winning her second silver medal in the 2022 Senior World Cup.

While at Louisville, Perroni earned her undergraduate degree in criminal justice before continuing her education with a sports administration master's degree.

Coach Guido added, "I'm extremely excited to have Nicole on staff. Carrying her knowledge over from her Division I and international experience will create a unique dynamic with the players and staff! I know Nicole is going to bring fun and freshness to this team."
