BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Colgate moved up one spot into sixth and Robbie Herzig and Dugan McCabe remain in the top 10 after Saturday's second round of the Patriot League Championship at Saucon Valley Country Club's Grace Course. 

"We're still in the hunt heading into Sunday's final round," said head coach JP Kircher. "It was great to see Kevin finish strong today. Robbie and Dugan set the tone for us. Hopefully a little more familiarity with the course will lead to lower scores for us tomorrow. This is a packed leaderboard and it's still anybody's tournament." Herzig turned in a pair of birdies against six bogeys to finish with a 4-over 76 on Saturday. For the second consecutive day, the junior birdied hole No. 16, a 446-yard par four. He remains in the top 10 in a tie for seventh place with a two-day total of 148 (+4). 

McCabe posted one birdie on the day and it came on the 15th hole for the second consecutive round. The senior also carded a 4-over 76 and is tied for ninth one stroke behind Herzig at 149 (+5) through two rounds. 

Kevin Hollomon posted Colgate's best score of the second round with a 2-over 74. He moved up 18 spots into a tie for 16th with a two-day total of 152 (+8). Leo Li also improved by four strokes on Saturday and is tied for 32nd at 156 (+12). 

Colgate for the second consecutive day turned in a 14-over 302 scorecard. The Raiders are in sixth place, one stroke behind Lafayette and Holy Cross, and three strokes behind Lehigh.

UP NEXT
The final round of the Patriot League Championship begins at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning. Justin Fedele is scheduled to lead Colgate off the first tee at 10 a.m.
