HAMILTON – The Colgate men's and women's hockey programs have announced their respective schedules for the 2024-25 season.

Both teams will play a 34-game regular season slate, including 22 ECAC Hockey contests. The women will host 18 games at the Class of 1965 Arena, and the men will take home ice 15 times.

Men's Hockey
2024-25 Schedule

Colgate begins its 2024-25 campaign with a series at UConn Oct. 5-6. The Raiders host Sacred Heart in their home opener Oct. 11-12. Colgate then embarks on two straight road trips, heading to UMass Lowell Oct. 18-19 and RIT Oct. 25-26. After a bye week, the Raiders open ECAC play at home against Brown and Yale Nov. 8-9. Colgate travels to Penn State for a pre-Thanksgiving battle Nov. 26-27 before taking on local rival Cornell in a home-and-home series Dec. 6-7. 

The Raiders kick off the new year with their final non-conference series against LIU Jan. 10-11. The remainder of the season includes home bouts against Dartmouth, Harvard, Union, RPI, St. Lawrence, and Clarkson.

Women's Hockey
2024-25  Schedule

After a two-game series with Mercyhurst on the road to open the 2024-25 season, the Raiders will face Minnesota Duluth at home on Oct. 4-5 in what is sure to be a top-10 matchup. Colgate rounds out the majority of non-conference action with a trip to RIT on Oct. 11-12 before hosting Post (Oct. 17-18) and Maine (Oct. 25-26) at the Class of 1965 Arena. 

The quest to claim their fifth-straight ECAC Hockey crown begins against RPI on Nov. 1 and Union on Nov. 2, both at home. The Raiders will split a home-and-home series with their final non-league, Syracuse, on Nov. 29 (away) and Nov. 30 (home). A tough weekend away from home against stout St. Lawrence and Clarkson teams kick off the new year on Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, respectively. Another home-and-home will see the Raiders host Cornell on Jan. 10 before a trip to Ithaca on Jan. 11. 

Colgate wraps up the season with four out of its final six games on home ice, capped by a series against Yale and Brown on Feb. 14 and 15, respectively.
