Colgate once again has a chance to rewrite history, vying to become the first Patriot League team to seven conference titles. The Raiders with six are currently tied with Holy Cross and Bucknell. No team in Patriot League history has ever won four consecutive Patriot League championships.

Colgate is making its seventh consecutive Patriot League championship game appearance and sixth straight in Hamilton. The Raiders erased a 15-point deficit to upend fifth-seeded Bucknell 68-65 in the semifinals in front of an energetic crowd at Cotterell Court on Sunday.

Wednesday's championship winner earns the Patriot League's automatic berth to the NCAA tournament.
