Dock Finishes Fourth in Lake Placid
LAKE PLACID, N.Y. –
Brayden Dock completed his third consecutive round under par with a 1-under 70 on Sunday to finish fourth individually and lead Colgate to a sixth-place finish out of 11 teams competing in this weekend's Autumn Invitational at Lake Placid Golf Club.Dock's three-day total of 208 (-5) placed him fourth, just three shots behind second place. He followed up back-to-back rounds of 2-under 69 on Saturday with a 1-under 70 on Sunday, carding six birdies in the final round to give him 14 for the weekend.
Leo Li, also playing as an individual, was Colgate's next-best finisher in 13th place with a three-day total of 213 (even par). Li turned in a 1-over 72 on Sunday, following his two rounds of 67 and 74 on Saturday.
Alex Hill tied for 18th place with a three-day 216 total (+3), one stroke ahead of Jamison Bryant who placed in a tie for 22nd place at 217 (+4). Robbie Herzig bounced back from his opening round of 6-over 78 with his second straight 1-over 72 round to tie for 37th place.
Jayden Freedman and Chad Ruggiero rounded out Colgate's scoring contingent in 40th and 42nd place, respectively. Justin Fedele and Wyatt Petersen, Colgate's other two individuals, placed 48th and 52nd, respectively.
Colgate climbed one spot on the team leaderboard to finish sixth overall with a three-day total of 870 (+18), eight strokes behind Cornell for a top-five finish.

The Raiders stay in New York State to compete in the Matthews Auto Collegiate tournament hosted by Binghamton Oct. 6-7 at the Links at Hiawatha in Apalachin, N.Y.
