Colgate Defeated on Senior Day
HAMILTON — Boston University scored a late penalty kick goal to defeat Colgate 1-0 on Senior Day Saturday afternoon.
COACH RONNING'S COMMENTS
"Today we saw a committed performance from the group, and were unfortunate not to earn a more positive outcome. We defended well as a team against a strong BU squad, and created a number of great chances. I know tonight's result will instill a greater belief within the group and generate greater motivation as we head into the final stretch."

In the 79th minute, Jack Beerling had a good look from outside the box and took a rip that went over the crossbar.
-
The Raiders recorded two shots in the first half, with the initial coming right out of the gate. One minute in, Cason Stafford tried to put a shot in the bottom left corner, but he got denied by the goalie.
