- #4/6 Raiders Open Season with 3-2 WinERIE, Pa. — Head women's hockey coach Stefan Decosse earned his first win as the Raiders' bench boss on Friday night, defeating a stingy Mercyhurst squad, 3-2, on the road. A trio of sophomore forwards in Emma Pais, Madeline Palumbo and Kaia Malachino contributed goals in the win, while senior netminder Hannah Murphy made 23 saves between the pipes.
- #4/6 Raiders Begin Title Defense at MercyhurstHAMILTON — A new era of Colgate Hockey kicks off on Friday night when the No. 4/6 Raiders travel to Erie, Pa., to take on the Lakers of Mercyhurst at 6 p.m. It will be Head Coach Stefan Decosse's first game at the helm after spending the previous nine years as an assistant, where he accumulated a 202-69-20 record. Decosse and the Raiders will search for their fifth-straight ECAC Championship this season, a feat that has never been accomplished before in league history.
