- Women’s Tennis Hosts Colgate InvitationalHAMILTON- The women's tennis team hosted a successful home invitational, finishing with an overall record of 21-20 across two days of play against Le Moyne, Siena, and Niagara. Junior Amelia Galin and sophomore Sophia Montero teamed up to win the top flight doubles title on Sunday, ending the tournament on a positive note.
- Raiders Dominate at Bloomsburg InviteThe women's tennis team had an incredibly successful weekend at the Bloomsburg invitational, finishing with a 44-7 record over the course of the three-day tournament. The stout start to the fall season was highlighted by undefeated campaigns from senior captain Eliza Podlas, sophomores Sophia Montero and Gigi Bohan, and first-year Rebecca Hess.
- Women’s Tennis Gears up for Fall ActionHAMILTON – The women's tennis team prepares for their first action of the fall season, beginning on Saturday, Sept. 7th in Bloomsburg, Pa. They look to build on an 11 win 2024 campaign, marking a streak of three winning seasons in a row. - Colgate Places Record 413 on Patriot League Honor RollHAMILTON – Colgate athletics placed a program-record 415 total student-athletes on the 2023-24 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll after 268 honorees were named to the winter/spring honor roll on Wednesday.
- Fall 2024-25 Schedules Announced for Colgate AthleticsHAMILTON – Colgate Athletics has announced upcoming schedules for 13 teams, including six fall teams, two winter teams, and five spring seasons with fall competitions.
- Women’s Tennis Selects 2024-25 CaptainsHAMILTON – Rising seniors Addie Eklund and Eliza Podlas were named as captains for the 2024-25 Colgate women's tennis team, head coach Bobby Pennington announced earlier this week. In the past three years, the duo has racked up a combined 45-34 singles record to go along with a stellar 31-23 doubles mark.
- Eklund Earns Academic All-League HonorsBETHLEHEM, Pa. – Colgate women's tennis junior Addie Eklund was one of six Patriot League student-athletes voted to the conference's Academic All-League squad. The computer science major held a team-best 12-7 record in singles play this season including a 4-1 mark in Patriot League competition.
- Montero Makes Second Team All-LeagueBETHLEHEM, Pa. – Sophia Montero landed on the All-Patriot League Second Team after contributing 14 wins between singles and doubles competition in her first season of collegiate tennis. She is now the second consecutive Raider to be voted a Second Team selection after Amelia Galin earned the honor in 2023.
